REFLECTION
Experience
When I first started this semester, I found Typography class quite challenging, as I had to come up with creative ideas for every task and I had no prior experience using Adobe software, especially InDesign and Illustrator. However, now I feel that I have gained a much better understanding. Typography has taught me a lot, including typeface anatomy, creating text layout, and composing my own font. One important key for me is keeping up with the weekly instructions uploaded in Teams so that I can managed to complete each tasks on time.
Observations
Typography has pushed me to pay more attention to details. I discovered that doing visual research really helps me in coming up with ideas. I also noticed that each feedback from Ms.Vitiyaa really helps me in carrying each task and producing better work.
Findings
My perspective on design has changed. I now appreciate designs more because I understand that producing a design is not easy and requires careful attention to detail. Additionally, I've found out that the skills I've learned in Typography are not limited to this project, they have proven to be useful in other classes as well.
